10Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use very few, and none of them are set unless you agree to them.

We do not use analytics cookies. We do not measure your browsing with Google Analytics or any equivalent tool, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The only optional cookie we set is a single Google Ads conversion cookie, described below, which tells us whether an advertisement led to an enquiry.

The booking calendar. Our Contact page offers a calendar provided by Calendly. It is not loaded until you actively choose to load it. Until you do, Calendly receives nothing about your visit. If you load it, Calendly sets its own cookies and receives your IP address, governed by Calendly’s own privacy notice rather than ours.

Advertising measurement. We advertise on Google. If you accept, Google’s tag records that an enquiry followed an advertisement so we can tell which campaigns are worth running. Nothing from Google is loaded until you accept — not even the script. If you decline, no advertising cookie is set and the site behaves identically.

Changing your mind. Select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Our contact form. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which receives the details you type in so that we can reply. It sets no cookies on this website.

Managing cookies. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using this website; it may prevent the booking calendar from working, in which case you can book directly on Calendly or email us instead.
